Cameron: I had prostate cancer and support tests

DAVID Cameron last night revealed he has been treated for prostate cancer as he called for a targeted screening programme.
The ex-Prime Minister, 59, found out he had the condition after his wife Samantha urged him to have tests.
Lord Cameron, who is now cancer free, explained how a prostate specific antigen test showed worryingly high levels of proteins associated with the disease.
He explained how going through the diagnostic process “you always hope for the best” and added: “You have an MRI scan with a few black marks on it. You think, ‘Ah, that’s probably OK’.
