Police believe it is Rachel Booth after divers search lake
POLICE divers searching for a missing mother-of-three who vanished near a lake during an early morning jog have found a body.
Rachel Booth, 38, left home in the early hours of Saturday and was captured on CCTV at 3.50am in a petrol station shop seven miles away.
Later that day the focus shifted to a lake two miles away in Oakmere, Cheshire, where the tragic discovery was made yesterday.
Appeals
Cheshire Police confirmed they had informed Rachel's husband Carl, 47, who lives with her and her three sons, aged six, 10 and 13, in Barnton, near Northwich. A statement by the force said: "Police searching for a missing woman have sadly found a body.
"Rachel Booth was reported missing by her family. Officers have been searching tirelessly for the 38-year-old since her disappearance.
