BBC chair 'determined to fight' Trump's claim

DEFIANT BBC chairman Samir Shah has told staff he will fight any defamation case brought by Donald Trump.
The US President has said he will still sue the corporation despite an apology over the editing of a speech he made ahead of the rioting in the US Capitol building.
The BBC admitted the edit of Mr Trumps speech on January 6, 2021 had given the “mistaken impression that President Trump had made a direct call for violent action”.
