MOVE HAS GOT FINN FLYING

- Adam Hathaway

Bath is cure for hangover

FINN RUSSELL will head into the Six Nations with a spring in his step, thanking Bath for helping him recover from World Cup heartache.

The fly-half, who had five seasons at Racing 92 in Paris, was part of a Scotland side who failed to make the knockout stages at France 2023 and headed straight to the West Country to join his new club.

Bath are third in the Premiership and into the Champions Cup play-off stages after Sunday's 29-25 win over his former club. Russell says the cross-Channel switch, and life under head coach Johann van Graan, has been the perfect cure for his World Cup hangover.
