Bacon sarnie, orange and coffee...recipe for ideal breakfast in bed

THE perfect breakfast in bed must include freshly squeezed orange juice, piping hot tea or coffee and a sizzling bacon sarnie, research suggests.
Pancakes and a slice of toast were also among the favourite foods to perk up the morning in a survey of 2,000 adults.
Sunday at 8.30am is the optimal moment to enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast- and it should be eaten in 30 minutes or less.
As for ambiance, birdsong or the radio were voted as the best background noises while perusing a newspaper was deemed to be the best way to round off the meal.
Most of us also like to stay under the covers, it seems - as 64% said that breakfast in bed tastes better when cooked by someone else.
