Cheapest breaks on Portugal's coast
THE Algarve region of Portugal offers the best value for British holidaymakers, research shows.
Prices for eight common tourist purchases were lower there than in 46 other popular holiday destinations around the world.
A cup of filter coffee will set you back an average £1.27, a 200ml bottle of suncream is £5.08 and two people can have a three-course meal and a bottle of house wine for £40.33.
