HEY'RE celebrating Korea this week on THE GREAT BRITISH SEWING BEE (BBC1, 9pm).
Pretty bold, eh? According to one of the remaining nine contestants, 33-year-old Jess from London, who probably knows more about this sort of thing than I do, “Korean culture is absolutely fascinating. The influence they're having on fashion and music is huge and enormous.”
Huge AND enormous? Yes, apparently so.
So this should be fun, right? Well, sort of.
Naturally, when they said “Korea”, I assumed they meant the Democratic People's Republic, ie. the top bit, currently run by our old chum Kim Jong Un.
