PLANS have been submitted for 88 homes on land off Crewe Road at Winterley.

Seddon Homes wants to build the dwellings, together with access, landscaping, parking, servicing and ancillary infrastructure, on 4.3 hectares of land in the open countryside.
Access to the development is proposed between 421 and 429 Crewe Road.
A design and access statement submitted by Eden Rose Consulting on behalf of the applicant states: “Planning permission was previously granted for a total of 10 residential dwellings at the development site with access off Crewe Road.”
