Student left 'afraid' after city attack

A MAN sustained serious injuries and was left 'deeply shaken' after being attacked in Coventry.

Student Sanchit Choukse said he was assaulted at UNI Mini Market on Far Gosford Street.
Sanchit, who is currently studying at Coventry University, said he was punched in the face and his head was slammed against a metal signboard. He said the incident happened at around 2.50am on Saturday, February 14.
