Sara grinned and beared it
Coventry Telegraph
|November 19, 2025
THERE were tears, cheers and a confetti cannon as Sara Cox completed her gruelling 135-mile challenge for Children in Need and now you can watch her epic journey from start to finish.
The Radio 2 teatime DJ, 50, raised more than £10m for the charity, winning praise from Prince William and Stormzy alike. Cheered on by supporters lining the streets, Sara ran five marathons across five days starting from Kielder Forest, just south of the Scottish Borders, and finishing in Pudsey near Leeds. She carried the charity's iconic bear mascot on her back all the way too.
