Man jailed for sex assaults on young girl

A COVENTRY man who sexually assaulted a young girl in the city has been jailed.
-
Ghulam Abbass subjected his victim to a yearlong campaign of abuse but has now been brought to justice.
Abbass, 47, was charged with multiple counts of sexually assaulting a child under 13.
He was also charged with assaulting a child by penetration and found guilty by a jury at Warwick Crown Court.
