The Sky Blues had two appeals for a spot-kick against the Foxes, the first when Haji Wright out-muscled his marker in the box and then claimed he had been fouled as he went to ground in the 74th minute, and then late on in the game when Ephron Mason-Clark looked favourite to extend City’s 2-1 lead as the game ticked into six minutes of nervous overtime.
