Hospital trying to speed up test results after concerns

Nuneaton’s hospital said it was trying to speed up its test result service after claims some patients faced a five-month wait.
The George Eliot Hospital responded after the situation was raised in Parliament.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer was told during Prime Ministers’ Question Time that some patients at the ‘Eliot had been told they faced lengthy waits for X-Ray results.
One, from Atherstone, was told it may be five months before he received his results. It led to Wes Streeting, the secretary of state for health and social care, shaking his head and the PM saying ‘sorry’
