FRIDAY (July 4) marked the return of the annual Godiva Festival in Coventry at the War Memorial Park, which the council said 'did not disappoint.
Main stage acts included Heather Small, Marc Almond, Heaven 17, and Matth.U, as well as DJ James Penny, Raina, DJ TK, Young Tan, and Oasis tribute act Definitely Might Be Oasis, performed on The Cov Stage and Cov ConneX Kingston Stage.
Many festivalgoers who attended the event said they had a 'great' time and said it was 'nice to be back' with a 'great atmosphere and 'family-friendly vibe!
Revellers took to Godiva Festival's Facebook page to give their views of the first night of the event.
