HISTORIC plans to change the face of a Coventry suburb have taken a step closer.

FIRST PHASE OF 700 HOME PLAN FOR SPON END TAKES STEP FORWARD

We reported that the huge plans for Spon End were approved by city councillors last year.

More than 700 homes and businesses are set to be built together with a plan to landscape the area around the River Sherbourne. The huge project, dubbed a 'once in a generation opportunity', will be split into three phases.
