Ex-City striker tells secrets of Frank success

MARTYN Waghorn has given a players’ insight into the secret behind Frank Lampard's managerial style in changing the mentality of a dressing room.
The former Coventry City striker was signed by him at Derby County when Lampard guided the Rams to the playoff finals, losing out on promotion to Aston Villa in 2019.
Speaking to Under the Cosh podcast, Waghorn said he thoroughly enjoyed working under the Chelsea legend at Pride Park and explained how he transformed the Rams into a team to be feared and respected.
