Charlotte Herring died in the crash on January 15 this year

Charlotte Emma Herring, 33, from the Bodmin area, died on an unnamed rural road leading to Tre-lill from St Teath on January 15.

Her family previously described her as a “doting mum, daughter and sister” who would “forever be remembered for her infectious laugh, zest for life and collection of leopard-print clothes”.

The hearing in Truro last Thursday heard that on the night of her death she had enjoyed an evening out with friends at the Saltbox in Wadebridge before visiting the White Hart pub near her home, alone, a short while later.
