PEOPLE OF VILLAGES WHO BOARDED THE BYPASS FOR THE FLYOVER

Hundreds of people from villages like Babu Nagar Ramapuram, Narasimhapuram, Katta Kommula Gudem, Arlagudem Ramachandra Nagar, Kondapuram, Uttam Padmavati Colony and others held a dharna on the bypass road on Friday demanding the construction of a flyover on the bypass road on the outskirts of Kodad between the villages of Kodad and Katta Kommula Gudem.

Speaking on the occasion, the people of the respective villages said that hundreds of people come and go from their respective villages to Kodad for education, medical treatment and employment on this road every day and expressed their grief that hundreds of lives have been lost in the air due to speeding vehicles hitting them while crossing the road.
A person who left his house crossed this road and ended up in tears, saying that there is no guarantee until he reaches home.
