Basara will be developed as a spiritual and tourist center : Ministers Konda Surekha, Vivek Venkataswamy

: The government's goal is to develop the holy Basara, where the three powers are revealed, so that it becomes recognized throughout the country, said State Endowment and Forest Minister Konda Surekha.

The minister, who launched several development programs in Basara on Saturday, performed special pujas at the Basara Saraswati Ammavari temple.

On this occasion, the ministers who reached Basara were welcomed by District Collector Abhilasha Abhinav and SP Janaki Sharmila at the Triple IT helipad and presented flower plants. Later, the temple authorities welcomed the ministers who performed special pujas at the Basara Sri Saraswati Ammavari temple with a Poornakumbham and later offered them Tirtha Prasadam and felicitated them. Ministers Konda Surekha and Labour Minister Gaddam Vivek Venkataswamy jointly inaugurated the 100-room religious hostels built and renovated under the auspices of TTD at a cost of Rs. 9.30 crore. They also inaugurated the new building of the Executive Officer's office built at a cost of Rs. 3.48 crore.
