AP Minister Ramanaidu reaffirms Government’s commitment for farmers welfare

: Reiterating the Government's commitment for the welfare of farmers, Andhra Pradesh Minister for Water Resources Development Nimmala Ramanaidu has said that over 1.14 lakh beneficiaries were extended the benefit of ‘Annadata Sukhibhava-PM Kishan’ scheme benefit in East Godavari district.

Minister Nimmala Ramanaidu, flanked by district Collector P Prasanthi, participated at a programme held in Kovvur on Saturday for the disbursement of ‘Annadata Sukhibhava-PM Kishan scheme’ money to the eligible farmers.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Nimmala Ramanaidu asserted that the welfare of farmers is the priority of the government and that as per the election promise of extending investment assistance of Rs 20,000 to every eligible farmer is being implemented, adding that this amount will be deposited in three installments into the bank accounts of eligible farmers.
