SECURING a rental property can prove quite a nerve-wracking ordeal, and even if you're set on a location, it might still be an expensive area to live in.
-
Nevertheless, renting offers an excellent opportunity to experience life in an unfamiliar neighbourhood, allowing you to get a proper feel for the area. It becomes even more advantageous when you're only planning a temporary stay in that particular location. Recently, one woman took to Reddit to voice her dilemma after discovering a 'stunning' room available for rent in Cambridge. In her online plea, the 28-year-old is seeking guidance after revealing she's hunting for a long-term rental arrangement.
She explained: "Hello all, I am in need of some advice. I am on the market for a long-term rental property and came across this beautiful room in central Cambridge, nice and safe area, en-suite, plenty of natural light and storage."
