Hill's first senior goal for Eynesbury helps his team edge a seven-goal thriller

EYNESBURY Rovers moved up to 11th in the United Counties League Premier Division South table after beating third-placed Moulton 4-3 in an entertaining game at Hall Road.

Victor Osobu claimed a double with Luke Young also on the score sheet and Martin Hill scored a memorable first senior goal for the club.

However, the evening did not start well for Rovers conceding a goal in the 12th minute after the defence was caught napping and Nat Ansu fired home a low drive. At the other end Osobu had a shot blocked and Young dragged his shot wide before they were awarded a 28th minute penalty after Luke Young had been hauled back by Luke Stevens. Osobu duly converted from 12 yards to equalise for the hosts.
