At the Crossroads of Service and Hope: Serviam’s 2025 Jubilee Year Leadership Conference – A Transformative Gathering
Business World Philippines
|July 21, 2025
A powerful wave of synodality surged through St. Benilde Gym, La Salle Green Hills, Mandaluyong City, Philippines, as nearly a thousand participants converged for Serviam's 2025 Servant Leadership Conference.
-
Under the banner of "Servant Leaders as Pilgrims of Hope," this landmark event - the foundation's fourth - responded directly to the Roman Catholic Church's call for synodality during the Jubilee Year 2025. Led by three prominent Philippine Cardinals, the conference ignited a shared journey of faith, dialogue, and unwavering hope, deeply rooted in God's boundless love.
His Eminence Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle, the Serviam Foundation’s Immediate Past Chairman, delivered a transformative keynote address. He didn't just define servant leadership; he embodied it. With compelling stories, punctuated by humor and profound humility, he challenged attendees to embrace the humble path of Jesus, urging collaboration in Christ's mission to dismantle division, hatred, and injustice through acts of radical charity and compassion.
