India's First AI Firm Fractal Analytics to Raise ₹4,900 Cr Via Public Offer

Enterprise AI company, Fractal Analytics, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), with an initial public offering (IPO) worth ₹4,900 crore.
Fractal will be the first AI-focused firm to tap into the public market.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹12,79.3 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to ₹3620.7 crore.
