FIELD OF REMEMBRANCE AT ARBORETUM FEATURES 35,000 MESSAGES
THOUSANDS of poignant messages have been brought together in a collective Field of Remembrance at the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas.
Hosting almost 35,000 tributes from families across the UK honouring the memory of those lost in conflict, the display opened to the public with a special service.
Thousands of personal tributes take the form of Remembrance Crosses, Muslim Crescent, Star of David, Sikh Khanda, Hindu Om, Secular Tribute or commemorative markers, and will be located at the Naval Review, with the field open for those to who would like to pay their respects until Sunday, November 16.
