Rovers hot in first half to see off City and go to joint top

DONCASTER Rovers joined Cardiff City at the top of League One with a 3-1 home win against fellow promoted side Bradford City.

All the goals came in the first half as Luke Molyneux put Rovers ahead after six minutes, Will Swan equalised after 12 and Jordan Gibson restored the lead 10 minutes later.
Veteran striker Billy Sharp struck just before halftime to complete the scoring.
Huddersfield Town edged out winless bottom side Peterborough United 3-2 with all the goals in the second half.
Jimmy-Jay Morgan's debut goal gave Posh a 47th-minute lead but Will Alves, also on debut, equalised after an hour and Herbie Kane put the Terriers ahead seven minutes later.
Joe Taylor made it 3-1 in stoppage time but there was still time for Cian Hayes to pull one back.
