Elder is expecting a “fiery atmosphere” when Leeds United come rolling into Pride Park Stadium given Derby County's history with the Whites.The two clubs lock horns in the FA Cup third round on Sunday in what looks set to be a fascinating encounter that will be screened live on TNT Sports (12pm).
Leeds did the double over the Rams last season as they won promotion back to the Premier League where they are making a decent fist of their return to the top table under Daniel Farke.
The clubs share a unique rivalry that only grew following the infamous Spygate drama in 2019.
Leeds sent a member of staff to secretly watch a Rams training session ahead of a Championship clash at Elland Road in 2019.
