PEOPLE INVITED TO JOIN FORUM TO HELP WIDLIFE THRIVE IN THEIR AREA
A POPULAR community forum to support local action for wildlife in North West Leicestershire is set to return.
Leicestershire County Council has relaunched its old Parish Nature Network with a new name, new format, and a renewed focus on protecting nature.
Now called simply The Nature Network, it will bring together parish and town councillors, local representatives and active community members to share ideas, ask questions and learn more about what they can do to help wildlife thrive locally.
The county council will be sending invitations to parish councils through existing channels, while other people and community groups with an interest in nature are also welcome to take part.
