NAT Phillips acknowledged the impact his time at Derby County last season had on his decision to join West Bromwich Albion - and why another loan was out of the question.

Phillips, who was a key man for the Rams on loan from Liverpool last season, has joined the Baggies in a deal thought to be worth in the region of £3m, including add-ons.
And after signing a three-year contract with Albion, the 28-year-old centre-back revealed his motivation to finally leave Liverpool nine years since arriving there as a youth player from hometown club Bolton Wanderers.
He told the Albion website: "Throughout my career I've always wanted to develop a rhythm and continue to play week in, week out.
