DERBY County have completed their first signing of the summer by landing Carlton Morris from Luton Town.
-
The striker has signed a three-year contract with the Rams, who have paid an undisclosed fee to the Hatters.
Morris told the Rams website: "It's a massive club that I've heard a lot of good things about.
"When they came in for me, it was a bit of a no-brainer, really.
"The move is a big change, especially with my family. You want to know about the club, about the area, and I've heard nothing but good.
"I've heard it's a great family club, so I'm excited to get going."
The deal for Morris is expected to be followed up with moves for Blackburn Rovers' attacker Andi Weimann and defender Danny Batth, with their arrivals expected to be confirmed next week.
Morris, whose first Rams appearance could be in the pre-season friendly away against Matlock Town on July 12, has been a key figure at Kenilworth Road with 39 goals in 137 appearances.
