On the rise House prices and rents up as supply dips

HOUSE prices and rents in Bristol are on the rise due to a lack of supply, according to a new report.

Property developer and investor JLL's Big Six Residential Development Report, covering Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow, found the average price of new build flats has risen 2.5% over the past year, the second highest annual growth out of the 'Big Six' cities.
