THE Reform UK candidate for today’s Gorton and Denton by-election will not be sanctioned for a breach of election rules, a High Court judge has ruled.

GB News presenter Matt Goodwin is standing for the party in the by-election, triggered by former Labour MP Andrew Gwynne standing down.
