UNITE Students has completed the construction of its new flagship development in Bristol.
-
The 623-bed Avon Point property is run in partnership with the University of Bristol and is next to its new Temple Quarter Campus.
A far cry from traditional student digs, the £75 million development includes “stylish living spaces,” an onsite gym, spin studio, karaoke room and roof terrace.
