Mother and children threatened by armed motorbiker at shopping centre

A MUM and her children were threatened repeatedly by a masked youth with a knife at a South Bristol shopping centre.

Avon and Somerset Police said they received a 999 call from the terrified mother on Friday afternoon following the incident at the Broadwalk Shopping Centre, in Knowle.
The youth, who was described as a male and was riding a green motorbike, was reported to have a knife.
Firearms officers were immediately deployed to the shopping centre and were assisted by the National Police Air Service (NPAS) helicopter.
However, the youth was not located sparking an appeal for information.
