Cricket Glo'sters trying hard to avoid the loss of more players

GLOUCESTERSHIRE chief executive Neil Priscott says they have made "competitive" offers to the county's out-of-contract players as they brace themselves for more exits.
Bowlers Dom Goodman and Tom Price have both signed for Sussex on three-year contracts, and there are rumours of further departures in the near future, with a number of other players coming to the end of their deals this summer.
In a statement on the club's website, Priscott said: "We wanted to provide members and supporters with an update on the ongoing contract negotiations, recognising that we will not be commenting on any individual negotiation at this point.
"Firstly, we should acknowledge that having such a significant number of players out of contract is not ideal.
"Lessons have been learned, and work is already underway to ensure that there is a different approach in the future."
