FOR the centre piece of his three play season in the beautiful settings of Bath's Theatre Royal, and his debut as a director, Ralph Fiennes has chosen Shakespeare’s pastoral comedy As You Like It, a play that since its first performance in 1603 has drawn split reviews from critics and audiences alike.
While some consider it to be one of the Bard's finest comedies, others consider it to be lightweight, one of his lesser works.
If you hold the first of those opinions then this production will certainly not disappoint you.
