Bosveld Review
|July 24, 2025
ON Saturday, volunteers of the My Mokopane movement demonstrated what can be achieved by working together, as they continued cleaning the entrance to Mokopane at the corner of Thabo Mbeki and HF Verwoerd streets.

Staff of the Mogalakwena Municipality also joined and assisted with cutting the grass and cleaning the area.
Mokopane Destiny Academy head of senior phase academics, Chris van Zyl and a few of the school's learners, teachers and board members volunteered their time too.
He said: "We believe it is important for our learners to volunteer and serve in their community. Over the past few years that our school has been involved in this initiative, I have seen how they have grown in character and in their desire to serve our community."
