STRIKER WILL BE SIDELINED FOR FORESEEABLE FUTURE
BOSTON United have revealed that striker Jacob Hazel has been ruled out for "the foreseeable future" with an injury to his left knee.
The damage occurred in the Pilgrims' final home game of the season against Gateshead on April 26, the day they confirmed their survival in the National League, completing a great escape.
Hazel contributed significantly to Boston's efforts, netting 16 goals in the season, 13 of which came in the league, finishing as the club's top scorer for the campaign.
He has netted 21 times in total since joining the club from Darlington in November 2023, helping the team to promotion last season.
