AT just 31 years old, More Phoshoko, a God-fearing and ambitious young woman from Mankweng, Toronto, is making waves in the beauty industry - not just with her makeup brushes, but with her heart for empowering women and creating jobs in her community.
Her journey started in 2009 when she entered Mr and Miss Mountainview as a Gr 9 learner. "That's where my love for beauty started growing," Phoshoko recalls. By the time she reached matric in 2012, she was already helping friends with their makeup for school dances. "At my matric dance, I was the one who did my friend's makeup. Then in varsity, my passion just exploded."
