Council demands woodland restoration

About 100 young sycamore and ash trees have been felled at Broadwater Wood in Fleetwood as part of infrastructure works by United Utilities.

The trees were removed to allow the installation of a new underground outfall pipe, with a temporary working compound needed in the eastern part of the woodland and access via an existing bridle path.
