Bid to convert terrace house into care home for adults

A house in central Blackpool could be used as a residential care home for adults with learning difficulties.
Proposals have been lodged with planners at Blackpool Council for use of a property as a residential care home, which would be for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health conditions.
The application is in respect of a property located on William Street, Layton, and would see a change of use of the property to a care home for two persons.
