Nursery worker guilty plea after death of tot, 1

A NURSERY worker has pleaded guilty to gross negligence manslaughter following the death of a one-year-old boy in Dudley.

Noah Sibanda (pictured) died at Fairytales Day Nursery in Bourne Street, Dudley, on December 9, 2022.
Nursery practitioner Kimberley Cookson, 22, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Tuesday, alongside business owner Deborah Latewood, to face charges in connection with the youngster's death.
