Mings' top record hits right note as Villa still on course

Tyrone Mings made his 14th Premier League appearance of the season at the weekend. Villa are unbeaten in all of those games.

It's a staggering record, considering what Mings has come back from - having suffered a devastating ACL injury on the opening weekend of last season.
Unlucky not to have started any of the previous three games, Mings once again proved why he remains such an integral member of this squad at the Vitality Stadium.
Sat close to the pitch, I could hear Mings barking orders throughout the 70 minutes he was on, before being replaced by Pau Torres.
Credit to Torres he came into the game at a difficult time and performed his task well as Bournemouth looked to get back into the game and equalise late on.
