A MAINTENANCE firm has struck a deal for new industrial space.

ICS Cool Energy has signed a ten-year lease deal for 1 Avalon Point, on Vengrove’s Erdington Industrial Park in north Birmingham.
The company specialises in sales, repairs and maintenance of items such as chillers and boilers.
