'Every decent person's worst nightmare' is facing prison

A TWIN is facing jail a year after he was spared prison for attacking a family at a bowling alley.

Mark Joyce appeared at Birmingham Crown Court before Judge Richard Bond - who had previously said he never wanted to see him again.
The 21-year-old, pictured, was alleged to have breached a suspended sentence he was handed last year.
Gary Cook, prosecuting, said: “He was summonsed to attend for alleged breaches on that order but failed to attend. A bench warrant not back bail was issued which was executed on June 5 and 6 in the south-west in Somerset.”
The details of the alleged breaches were not aired in court because Joyce did not have a barrister to represent him.
