A WARWICKSHIRE management consultancy has been named the fastest-growing company in the Midlands in newly published research this week.

- TAMLYN JONES Business Staff

Cross 8, which is based in Henley-in-Arden, has been named the region’s best in the fourth annual Sunday Times 100 countdown.

The annual ranking identifies Britain’s 100 leading private entrepreneurial businesses and showcases the people behind them.

It is published online and in a special supplement in The Sunday Times.

Cross 8 was founded in 2013 by Tobias and Wendy Robinson and focuses on helping organisations in financial services, infrastructure and utilities to improve how they operate, make better use of technology and save money.

The firm employs 15 people and made £7.7 million in sales last year which is 134.9 per cent average annual growth over the last three years. Its client roster includes the NHS, National Grid and Royal Bank of Scotland.

The company is the fastest-growing of the eight Midlands companies to appear in the 2025 list and 22nd nationally.
