Ryan gets boost as trio back in training for Albion

ALBION have been handed a fitness boost with the return to training of Daryl Dike, Karlan Grant and Charlie Taylor.
Tammer Bany also played a half in the club's Premier League Cup clash against Exeter City on Wednesday night.
Left-back Taylor missed the 3-0 defeat at Millwall last time out while Grant hasn't featured since the end of August, with Bany and Dike yet to earn any senior minutes so far this term as a result of their injuries.
But Ryan Mason revealed in his pre-Preston press conference: “Tammer played 45 the other night and is probably going to need more minutes because he’s just had no football in quite a long time. Dike is back in training with the group so we are just seeing how he is day to day. Dike trained today (Friday) with the group.
