United have been dealt a new selection headache ahead of their upcoming Premier League match against Villa.The setback occurred during their Monday night fixture against Bournemouth.
The Red Devils were held to a 4-4 draw with Bournemouth just days before they make the trip to Villa Park to face Villa this weekend.
Amad Diallo, Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes and Matheus Cunha were all on the score sheet for United.
