INCREASING FEARS FOR CHILDREN'S SAFETY IN CITY CENTRE
The Birmingham Christmas Market on Victoria Square
BIRMINGHAM parents claim they are too “nervous” about letting their children go into the Birmingham Christmas Markets by themselves after a recent wave of knife crime and antisocial behaviour in the city centre.
At least 12 people have been stabbed in or around Birmingham city centre this year.
Just last week, three men in their 20s suffered stab wounds.
