Mowbray steered ship into perfect STORM!

WHEN the full-time whistle blew at The Hawthorns on Easter Monday, and boos drowned out the cheers of the travelling Derby fans, Albion owner Shilen Patel knew he had a decision to make.
With his club's fading Championship play-off aspirations all-but scuppered by the Rams, who are fighting to stay in the division, the home fans had made their feelings known to head coach Tony Mowbray and his players.
In truth, it was the defeat at top-six rivals Coventry on Good Friday that ended their hopes, but this just added to the hostility.
Mowbray is one of the nicest men in football and arrived back at the club to much fanfare.
Often, before and after his press conferences, he would take the time to ask how you were and chat off the record. He cared and valued your attendance.
He was not a robot with generic, pre-prepared answers and never once said 'no comment; no matter how hard-hitting the question was.
